To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we maintain a strict No Exchange / No Refund policy on all hygiene-related items, including but not limited to yoga mats, towels, holdrs (bottles) and personal items.
Due to the nature of these products and in compliance with hygiene standards, all sales are final once the items have been purchased or delivered.
Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase and upon delivery while the courier is still there.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will be happy to assist you.
